Ok, backtracking a little here (if you like quotes), this was the first quote I read recently that ultimately lead to the others. I wasn't thinking about it in relationship to Children's Ministry but maybe you'll be inspired:

That's a good definition of an expert. When everyone says it can't be done they tell you why and go do it anyway. I think God is like that.
